Custom Order Agreement

I am requesting that Berlin Printhaus produces a custom printed product using artwork or image(s) that I have submitted or will submit.

I confirm that I have the right to use the artwork or image(s) that I have submitted or will submit, and that doing so will not result in copyright or trademark infringement.

I understand that the unauthorised use of another creator’s works could constitute copyright infringement.

I acknowledge that Berlin Printhaus will be depending on the accuracy of the statements and representations I provide in this release as a condition for agreeing to print/reproduce the image(s) or artwork. 

I hereby warrant and represent to Berlin Printhaus that I either;

1. created the artwork or image(s) submitted and own the rights to them

2. have been given permission by the owner of the artwork or image(s) submitted for use and/or reproduction,

3. have been given a license by the owner of the artwork or image(s) submitted for use and/or reproduction,

    or 

4. that the artwork or image(s) submitted are in the public domain.

   
   

I agree to defend Berlin Printhaus harmless from any loss, demand, suit, damages, claim or action resulting from my representation, use or reproduction of the artwork or image(s) submitted.

I agree to pay any cost or fees (including reasonable attorney fees) incurred by Berlin Printhaus in connection with any loss, demand, suit, damages, claim or action resulting from my representation, use or reproduction of the artwork or image(s) submitted.

I acknowledge that Berlin Printhaus will not reproduce, distribute, publicly display or share my original image(s) or artworks outside of the context of fulfilling my personal order.

Please note: If selecting 'I have been given the right of the copyright holder', the copyright holder in question must also complete the copyright release form found here

If selecting 'I have a license for the use of the artwork or image(s)' a copy of this licence must be supplied.

Berlin Printhaus reserves the right to strictly cancel and refund any order for which inaccurate information or false representation is believed to have been provided.
